Stray Creatives are artists and creative producers based in Providence, RI.
We work in film, photography, audio, and design to develop media for digital and print platforms. Utilising this media, we develop strong marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. We create, curate, and maintain digital media archives. As creative producers, we also manage events, productions, and special projects.
We are artists, too. We produce and collaborate to create performance works, gallery shows, and films.
Corinne is a creative producer with over ten years of experience in sales, marketing, branding, public relations and communications, copy writing, project management and producing.
As a dramatrug and archivist with archive fever, she has a strong passion for preserving digital and ephemeral traces of performance and live art.
As a creative producer, she facilitates performance through research, development, promotion, venue/site management and tours.
As an artist, her social/cultural research helps inform immersive experiences and performance work that explores themes of identity and belonging.
Stuart is a photographer and graphic designer. He covers live music, theatre, performance art, symposia, and other live events. He has over sixteen years of graphic design experience for print and digital platforms. His work has a strong sense of colour and iconography but he maintain a forward thinking design style that is ahead of the curve rather than following current trends.
Stuart aims to capture a true sense the kinetic qualities of events and performances, taking a holistic approach to documentation, capturing the details of the entire experience from the perspective of the audience.
As an artist, his photography series explore the colour and texture of landscapes and architecture.
Francesco is an ethnographic documentarist & videographer. He has more than five years experience in the field and he has been conducting extensive ethnographic research in countries throughout Africa, Asia and Europe.
As an artist and filmmaker, he believes in the importance of studying and understanding images and the media critically. He has a strong knowledge of visual storytelling. Anthropology as an holistic discipline gives him the tools to unravel and faithfully portray the social dynamics of an event, balancing artistic biases with a genuine desire to capture real moments through film
